Lobster, Crab & Shrimp Eggs Benedict

A well made traditional eggs benedict has alway been a favorite of mine. Today I was surprised to fined a Lobster, Crab & Shrimp Eggs Benedict. It was very good and even better matched up with a Bruised Pear which is Guinness & Ace Pear Cider. A great dish with a perfect pairing for lovely brunch.

We had this dish at Kilkenny's Irish Pub in Tulsa.
